LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE PACKAGE, BACKLIGHT UNIT, LIGHT CONVERTING SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

The present invention relates to a light emitting device package which can be used for a display or illumination, a backlight unit, a light converting sheet, and a manufacturing method for a light emitting device package. The light emitting device package includes: a light emitting device; a lead frame having a mounting surface to mount the light emitting device, wherein a first electrode is installed in one direction from an electrode separation space and a second electrode is installed in the other direction; a first insulation bonding layer installed in a rest part of the lead frame except for the mounting surface; a first base layer fixed onto the lead frame by being pressed by the first insulation bonding layer and having a first through hole unit to obtain an optical path of light generated in the light emitting device; and a first light conversion material filled in the first through hole unit of the first base layer. 본 발명은 디스플레이 용도나 조명 용도로 사용할 수 있는 발광 소자 패키지, 백라이트 유닛, 광변환 시트 및 발광 소자 패키지의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 발광 소자; 전극 분리 공간을 기준으로 일측 방향에 제 1 전극이 설치되고, 타측 방향에 제 2 전극이 설치되며, 상기 발광 소자가 안착될 수 있도록 안착면이 형성되는 리드 프레임; 상기 안착면을 제외한 상기 리드 프레임의 나머지 일부분에 설치되는 제 1 절연 접착층; 상기 제 1 절연 접착층에 의해서 상기 리드 프레임 상에 프레스 압착에 의해 고정되고, 상기 발광 소자에서 발생된 빛의 광 경로가 확보되도록 제 1 관통홀부가 형성되는 제 1 베이스층; 및 상기 제 1 베이스층의 상기 제 1 관통홀부에 충전되는 제 1 광변환물질;을 포함할 수 있다.
