AN APPARATUS FOR DEHYDRATING FOOD WASTE AND AN APPARATUS FOR TREATMENT FOOD WASTE COMPRISING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a food waste dehydrating apparatus which can effectively dehydrate and separate moisture included in inputted food waste and discharge the same, and to a food waste treatment device including the same. According to the present invention, the food waste dehydrating apparatus comprises: a housing of which upper and lower portions are open, and having a drainage hole on one side of the external circumferential surface; a dehydration container located inside the housing to be rotated, and having multiple dehydration holes perforated therein; and a partition extended toward the inside of the housing from the open lower portion of the housing to reach a lower portion of the dehydration container, and dividing the inside of the housing. The moisture dehydrated by the dehydration container is discharged to the drainage hole by flowing between the external circumferential surface of the partition and the internal circumferential surface of the housing. In addition, provided is the food waste treatment device including the food waste dehydrating apparatus. According to the present invention, the dehydrating apparatus and a storage portion are integrally installed in a sink, thereby being simply used. Since the food waste and the separated moisture can be clearly separated and discharged, so a malfunction due to an inflow of the separated moisture to the storage portion can be prevented from occurring and the food waste can be prevented from being introduced into the pipe of the sink, thereby effectively preventing a back flow phenomenon due to a blockage of the pipe. 본 발명은 투입된 음식물 쓰레기에 포함된 수분을 효과적으로 탈수 및 분리하여 배출 가능한 음식물 쓰레기 탈수장치 및 이를 포함하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 음식물 쓰레기 탈수장치는, 상,하부가 개구되되, 외주면 일측에 배수구가 구비되는 하우징; 상기 하우징 내부에 회전 가능하게 위치하며, 다수의 탈수공이 타공된 탈수통; 상기 하우징의 개구된 하부에서 상기 하우징의 내측을 향해 상기 탈수통의 하부에 이르도록 연장되며, 상기 하우징의 내부를 구획하는 격벽; 및 상기 탈수통에서 탈수된 수분이 상기 격벽의 외주면과 상기 하우징의 내주면의 사이로 유동하여 상기 배수구로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하며 또한, 이를 포함하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리기를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 탈수장치 및 보관부를 싱크대에 일체로 설치하여 간편하게 사용이 가능하고, 음식물 쓰레기 및 분리된 수분을 확실하게 분리하여 배출이 가능하므로, 분리된 수분의 보관부 유입으로 인한 고장은 물론이고, 음식물 쓰레기가 싱크대 배관으로의 유입되는 것을 방지하여 배관의 막힘으로 인한 역류현상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.
