Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an electrical device and a method of manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to an electrical device having a fingerprint/scratch prevention structure to prevent the generation of fingerprints and scratches on the surface of the metal component of the electrical device such as a card socket and a connector, and a method of manufacturing the same. The electrical device having the fingerprint/scratch prevention structure has an uneven part formed by performing an embossing process on the partial or the entire surface of the metal component to prevent scratches from being generated or fingerprints from remaining on the surface of the metal component. The method of manufacturing the electrical device having the fingerprint/scratch prevention structure includes (a) an uneven part forming step of forming the uneven part on the surface while a metal plate is formed. 본 발명은 전기소자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 카드 소켓이나 커넥터 등과 같은 전기소자의 금속부품 표면에 지문 및 스크래치가 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위한 지문·스크래치 방지 구조를 갖는 전기소자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 지문·스크래치 방지 구조를 갖는 전기소자는, 금속부품의 표면에 지문이 남거나 스크래치가 발생되지 않도록 금속부품의 표면 전체 또는 일부에 엠보싱 처리를 하여 요철을 형성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명 지문·스크래치 방지 구조를 갖는 전기소자 제조방법은, (a) 금속판재를 성형하면서 표면에 요철을 성형하는 요철 성형단계를 포함한다.
