According to the present invention, the touch sensor having an atypical sensor pattern comprises: a substrate; a plurality of atypical sensor patterns formed on the substrate; and a wiring pattern for connecting each of the atypical sensor patterns to an external circuit. 본 발명은 센서 패턴이 비정형으로 형성된 터치 센서 및 이를 이용한 터치스크린 패널에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 본 발명에 따른 비정형 센서 패턴을 구비한 터치 센서는 기판; 상기 기판에 형성되는 복수 개의 비정형 센서 패턴 및 상기 비정형 센서 패턴 각각을 외부회로와 연결하는 배선 패턴을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
