Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody which is specific to a domain 3 and a domain 6 in CD44 variant exon 3 (CD44v3), and to a use thereof and, more specifically. To an antibody which is specific to the domain 3 and 6 in the CD44v3, a cancer diagnosis method using the antibody, and to a kit for cancer diagnosis. According to the present invention, if using the CD44D3 and/or CD44D6-specific antibody and a kit comprising the same, detection of the CD44v3 can be very efficiently, thereby having effects of diagnosing cancer in an early stage. 본 발명은 CD44 변이체 3(이하 'CD44v3'라 한다)의 도메인 3 및 도메인 6 특이적 단일클론 항체 및 그 용도에 관한 것으로, 특히 상기 CD44v3의 도메인 3 및/또는 도메인 6에 특이적인 항체 및 이를 이용한 암 진단 방법 및 이를 위한 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 CD44D3 및/또는 CD44D6 특이적 항체 및 이를 포함하는 키트를 이용할 경우, 매우 효율적으로 CD44v3를 검출할 수 있어, 암을 조기에 진단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
