Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for continuously preparing a vacuum insulation comprising: a first step of putting porous insulating materials into an inner cover envelope (three sides are closed and one side is open) having air permeability and sealing the inner cover envelope; a second step of flattening a broad side of the upper part of the inner cover envelope; a third step of compressing the flattened envelope into a specific thickness; a fourth step of packing by sealing the sides of the compressed envelope except for one side with an outer cover material having shielding properties; and a fifth step of putting the sealed envelope from step 4 into a vacuum chamber and vacuuming the envelope until the pressure reaches a certain pressure and sealing the side which is unsealed in step 3 so that the continuous preparation is economical and prevents damage to products.
본 발명은 통기성을 갖는 내피봉투(3면이 닫히고 1면이 열린)에 다공성 단열재료를 넣고 씰링(sealing)하는 1단계; 상기 내피 봉투의 상부 넓은 면을 평탄화하는 2단계; 상기 2단계의 평탄화된 봉투를 소정의 두께로 압축하는 3단계; 상기 3단계의 압축된 봉투를 차폐성을 갖는 외피재로 한면을 제외한 나머지 면을 모두 씰링하여 포장하는 4단계; 상기 4단계의 씰링된 봉투를 진공챔버에 넣고 소정의 압력에 도달하도록 진공 작업하여 상기 3단계에서 씰링되지 않은 한면을 마저 씰링하는 5단계로 제조함으로써 연속식 생산에 의해 경제적이면서도 제품의 훼손을 방지하고, 경제성을 갖는 진공단열재 연속식 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. |
