Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to nutritious rice water which enables a user to prepare nutritious cooked rice by using the nutritious rice water consisting of nutrients that cooked rice lacks. In order to obtain the nutritious cooked rice containing various and well-balanced nutrients, rice is cooked with the nutritious rice water containing various nutrients without additionally mixing multi-grains with various nutrients. 50 wt% of Phaseolus radiatus (Setaria italica), 17 wt% of millet (glutinous rice), 9 wt% of red beans (barley), 8 wt% of sorghum, 8 wt% of brown rice, and 8 wt% of Rhynchosia nulubilis are washed, soaked in water, boiled, and ground to obtain the nutritious rice water. 본 발명은 쌀밥에 부족한 영양성분으로 이루어진 영양밥물을 이용하여 영양밥을 제조할 수 있도록 한 영양밥물에 관한 것으로, 다양한 영양분이 함유된 잡곡을 쌀밥에 별도로 혼합하여 밥을 하지 않고 다양한 영양분이 함유된 영양밥물을 제공하여 이 영양밥물로 밥을 지음으로서 다양한 영양분이 골고루 함유된 영양밥을 얻을 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 중량비 녹두(조)50%, 기장(찹쌀)17%, 팥(보리)9%, 수수8%, 현미8%, 쥐눈이콩8%를 씻은뒤 물에 불린뒤 익혀서 분쇄하여 밥물을 얻는다.
