Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a dual-layered hollow fiber membrane for gas separation, which comprises: a porous inner layer composed of a first polymer material; and an external thin film layer having a thickness of 11-50 μm and composed of a second polymer material which is different from the first polymer material. The present invention further provides a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, by optimizing a spinning condition and a composition of a first and a second dope solution, it is possible to obtain the dual-layered hollow fiber membrane, which comprises a selective separation layer in a thin film form and shows excellent oxygen permeability and endurability even under high pressure. The membrane of the present invention also has advantages of reducing production costs in comparison with an existing high-priced single-layered hollow fiber membrane. 본 발명은 제1 고분자 소재로 이루어진 다공성 내층; 및 상기 제1 고분자 소재와 상이한 제2 고분자 소재로 이루어진 11~50 ㎛ 두께의 박막 외층;을 포함하는 기체분리용 이중층 중공사막 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 제1, 2 도프용액의 조성 및 방사조건을 최적화함으로써 산소투과도가 우수하고 고압조건에서도 견딜 수 있는 박막의 선택분리층을 갖는 이중층 중공사막을 얻을 수 있고, 종래 고가의 단일층 중공사막에 비하여 제조비용을 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.
