APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING BUNDLE OF HEAT EXCHANGER

A bundle separating apparatus is disclosed. The bundle separating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, separates a bundle inserted into a shell of a heat exchanger from the shell, and comprises: multiple guide seats which are installed on the ground in both sides of the shell and have guide holes having screw threads on the inner surface thereof; a guide plate which is fixed and installed in an exposed portion of the bundle; a pair of guide bars which are inserted into the guide holes through the guide plate; a binding pin which is prepared in the guide bars to be moved together with the guide plate when the guide bars move in the separating direction of the bundle; and rotating parts which are prepared on one end of the guide bars and transfer rotation force. 번들 분리장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 의한 번들 분리장치는 열교환기의 쉘의 내부에 삽입된 번들을 쉘로부터 분리하는 번들 분리장치에 있어서, 쉘의 양측 지면에 설치되며, 내주면에 나사산이 마련된 가이드홀을 구비한 복수개의 가이드 시트, 번들의 노출된 부위에 고정설치되는 가이드 플레이트, 가이드 플레이트를 관통하여 가이드홀에 삽입되는 한 쌍의 가이드 바, 가이드 바가 번들의 분리 방향으로 이동 시, 가이드 플레이트와 함께 이동하도록 가이드 바에 마련되는 결속핀 및 가이드 바의 일단에 마련되어 회전력을 전달하는 회전기구를 포함하여 제공될 수 있다.
