METHOD OF FLAMEPROOFING OF POLYESTER-BASED TEXTILEPRODUCT USING FLAMEPROOFING AGENT

The present invention provides a method for frame retarding a polyester-based fiber comprising a method for applying a flame retardance processed product to the polyester-based fiber, and attaching the same to the polyester-based fiber. The flame retardance processed product is produced by the following steps: (a) preparing a mixture by mixing phosphoric acid amid-based compound and a non-ionic surfactant with a solvent; (b) dispersing the phosphoric acid amid-based compound, to which the non-ionic surfactant is absorbed, to the solvent by pulverizing the mixture and atomizing the same; and (c) adding an anionic surfactant to the solvent to which the phosphoric acid amid-based compound is dispersed. The present invention also provides a polyester-based fiber product for being equipped in a vehicle, to which 0.05 to 30 wt% of the flame retardance processed product processed by the method of the present invention is attached. Accordingly, a polyester-based fiber product produced by the present invention can be widely used not only for a vehicle interior material, but also for a seat, seat cover, curtain, wall paper, ceiling cross, carpet, thick layer having patterns, sheet for curing a building, tent, and the like. 본 발명은 (a) 용제에 인산 아미드계 화합물 및 비이온성 계면활성제를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 혼합물을 분쇄하여 미립화시킴으로써 비이온성 계면활성제로 흡착된 인산 아미드계 화합물을 용제에 분산하는 단계; 및 (c) 인산 아미드계 화합물이 분산된 용제에 음이온성 계면활성제를 첨가하는 단계를 거쳐서 제조된 난연가공제를, 폴리에스테르계 섬유에 도포하여 부착시키는 방법을 포함하는 폴리에스테르계 섬유의 난연/방염 방법과, 이의 방법으로 난연/방염 처리된 난연가공제가 0.05 ~ 30 중량%로 부착된 자동차 내장용 폴리에스테르계 섬유 제품을 제공한다. 이에 본 발명에 따라 제조된 폴리에스테르계 섬유 제품은, 자동차 내장재용 뿐만 아니라, 좌석 시트, 시트 커버, 커튼, 벽지, 천장 크로스, 카펫, 무늬가 있는 두꺼운 막, 건축 양생 시트, 텐트 등에 널리 적용될 수 있다.
