SHELVES AND CONNECTING MEMBERS FOR BATTERY DEVICES AND ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM COMPRISING THE SAME

The present invention provides a die for the installation for a battery device, an assembly structure, and a power storage device including the same. A curved surface is formed by vertically curving a front or rear surface of a die surface, and the curved surface includes a combination hole. The assembly structure includes a guide protrusion, combined with the combination hole of the battery device, in a side and includes a combination hole, facing the combination hole of the curved surface, in the other side. The guide protrusion of the assembly structure is inserted into the combination hole of the battery device, and the battery device is fixed to the die as the combination hole of the structure is combined with a combination member through the combination hole of the curved surface. According to the present invention, the die for the installation of a battery device and the assembly structure provide a unit to use an automatic combination device such as an electric tool or pneumatic tool, and therefore, time and efforts for the combination of the battery device with a die of an enclosure for battery storage are reduced to improve productivity and work efficiency. 본 발명에서는 배터리장치 장착용 선반과 조립용 구조체 및 이를 구비한 전력저장장치가 제공된다. 상기 선반에는 선반평면의 전면 또는 후면을 수직으로 절곡하여 절곡면을 형성하고 상기 절곡면에 체결공을 구비한다. 상기 조립용 구조체에는 일측에 배터리장치의 체결공에 결합되는 가이드 돌기를 구비하고, 다른 일측에 선반절곡면의 체결공에 대면되는 체결공을 구비한다. 조립용 구조체의 가이드 돌기가 배터리장치의 체결공에 여타의 도구없이 삽입되어 결합되고, 조립용 구조체의 체결공과 선반절곡면의 체결공을 통과하여 체결부재가 체결됨에 따라 배터리장치가 선반에 고정된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 배터리장치 장착용 선반과 조립용 구조체는 전동공구나 공압공구 등 자동체결장치를 이용할 수 있는 수단을 제공함으로써, 배터리 수납용 함체의 선반에 배터리장치를 체결, 고정할 때 소요되는 시간 및 노력을 단축할 수 있어 작업능률 및 생산성이 향상된 전력저장장치가 제공된다.
