Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for preparing L-type 2,3-butanediol using a recombinant microorganism, and more specifically, to a method for preparing L-type 2,3-butanediol using a mutant microorganism, which deletes an enzyme gene engaged in preparing meso-type 2,3-butanediol, and amplifies an enzyme gene engaged in preparing L-type 2,3-butanediol. According to the present invention, the L-type 2,3-butanediol can be produced in high yield by culturing the mutant microorganism. 본 발명은 재조합 미생물을 이용한 L형 2,3-부탄디올 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 meso형 2,3-부탄디올 생성에 관여하는 효소의 유전자가 결실되어 있고, L형 2,3-부탄디올 생성에 관여하는 효소의 유전자가 증폭되어 있는 변이 미생물을 이용하여 L형 2,3-부탄디올을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 변이 미생물을 배양하여 L형 2,3-부탄디올을 고수율로 제조할 수 있다.
