ORIFICE-LOOP-TYPE REACTOR FOR THE SYNTHESIS OF NANO PCC

The present invention is to provide an apparatus for producing precipitated calcium carbonate, which can allow precipitated calcium carbonate produced at room temperature to be used not only in a low-concentration area but also in a high-concentration area. Provided is an orifice-loop-type reactor for synthesizing nano PCC, comprising: an inlet into which a suspension is injected; a pressure meter which is installed at a front portion or a rear portion of an orifice to check the pressure of the suspension; the orifice which increases the flowing velocity of the suspension; a CO_2 cylinder and a CO_2 flow meter for supplying CO_2; a reactor; a circulating valve; a discharging valve; a pump which circulates low concentration precipitated calcium carbonate; and a loop which corresponds to a circulating path of low concentration precipitated calcium carbonate. In the process of manufacturing precipitated calcium carbonate, the present invention can increase a contact surface between air and liquid, maintain the uniformity, and produce high concentration precipitated calcium carbonate by circulating and re-carbonating low concentration precipitated calcium carbonate. 본 발명의 목적은 상온에서 제조되고 있는 침강성탄산칼슘을 저농도 영역뿐만 아니라 고농도 영역에서도 사용할 수 있는 침강성탄산칼슘 제조장치를 제공하는 것으로서, 본 발명은 현탁액을 주입하는 주입구(Inlet), 현탁액의 압력을 체크하는 오리피스 전후의 압력계, 현탁액의 유속을 증가시키는 오리피스, CO를 공급하기 위한 CO실린더 및 CO유량계, 반응기(Reactor), 순환밸브 및 배출밸브, 저농도 침강성탄산칼슘을 순화시키는 펌프, 저농도 침강성탄산칼슘의 순환로에 해당하는 루프로 구성되는 나노 피씨씨 합성을 위한 오리피스-루프 타입 반응기를 제공한다. 본 발명은 침강성탄산칼슘의 제조공정에서 기액 접촉면을 증가시키며, 균일성을 유지시킬 수 있고, 저농도 침강성탄산칼슘을 순환 재 탄산화 과정을 거치면서 고농도의 침강성탄산칼슘을 제조할 수 있다.
