Zusammenfassung: | The present invention can prepare a chitosan nanofiber support containing calcium-binding proteins by mixing recombinant calcium-binding proteins to a polymer. The nanofiber support which contains the calcium-binding proteins for bone tissue reproduction can be coated with calcium carbonate through a bio-mineralization process while also being able to be easily coupled to the calcium in order to contain the calcium in the support. The chitosan nanofiber support containing calcium-binding proteins is expected to promote growth and differentiation of osteoblasts when being grafted on and filling a damaged bone tissue, thereby being utilized as a novel bioactive support for bone tissue reproduction.
본 발명에서는 고분자에 재조합 칼슘 결합 단백질을 혼합하여, 칼슘 결합 단백질을 함유하는 키토산 나노섬유 지지체를 제조하였다. 칼슘 결합 단백질이 함유된 골조직 재생용 나노섬유 지지체는, 칼슘과 용이하게 결합하여 칼슘을 지지체에 손쉽게 함유할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 바이오미네랄화 과정에 의해 탄산칼슘으로 코팅될 수 있어, 손상된 골조직에 이식 및 충진되었을 때 조골세포의 성장과 분화를 촉진할 것으로 기대되어 새로운 골조직 재생용 생체활성 지지체로써 활용될 것으로 판단된다. |
