Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to cyclohexene derivatives, a method for producing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating metabolic diseases, containing the same as an active ingredient. The cyclohexene derivatives in accordance with the present invention activate G protein-coupled receptor 119 (GPR-119) to increase intracellular activity of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), and induce the release of neurosecretion protein glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) to simultaneously cause weight loss and a drop in blood sugar level. Therefore, the cyclohexene derivatives can be effectively used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating metabolic diseases such as obesity, type I diabetes, type II diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, insulin resistance, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesteremia, dyslipidemia, X syndrome, and the like.
본 발명은 싸이클로 헥센 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 대사성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 싸이클로 헥센 유도체는 GPR-119(G protein-coupled receptor 119)를 활성화시켜 cAMP(Cyclic adenosine monophosphate)의 세포 내 활성을 증가시키고, 신경 내분비 단백질인 GLP-1(Glucagon-like peptide-1) 방출을 유도하여 체중감소 및 혈당강하 효과가 동시에 나타나므로, 비만, I형 당뇨병, Ⅱ형 당뇨병, 부적합한 내당증, 인슐린 내성증, 고혈당증, 고지질혈증, 고중성지방혈증, 고콜레스테롤혈증, 이상지질혈증, X 증후군 등과 같은 대사성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. |
