Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a high-elasticity aluminum alloy comprises: a primary molten metal forming step of forming a primary molten steel by inserting pure aluminum and an Al-5B master alloy in a melting furnace; a secondary molten metal forming step of forming a secondary molten metal by inserting an Al-7Ti master alloy in the primary molten metal; a tertiary molten metal forming step of forming a tertiary molten metal by inserting a silicon (Si) element in the secondary molten metal; and a casting step of casting the tertiary molten metal. 본 발명에 의한 고탄성 알루미늄 제조방법은 순수 알루미늄 및 Al-5B 모합금을 용해로에 장입하여 1차 용탕을 형성하는 1차 용탕 형성 단계, 상기 1차 용탕에 Al-7Ti 모합금을 장입하여 2차 용탕을 형성하는 2차 용탕 형성 단계, 상기 2차 용탕에 실리콘(Si) 원소를 장입하여 3차 용탕을 형성하는 3차 용탕 형성 단계 및 상기 3차 용탕을 주조하는 주조단계를 포함한다.
