Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a novel compound, a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound, and a method for producing the compound. The pyridine-based compound acts on an androgen receptor to increase activities of the androgen receptor, and thus can be favorably used as an agent for treating and preventing diseases or conditions, in which the increased activities of the androgen receptor can lead to improvement of symptoms or the responsiveness to treatment, for example, various hormone-related diseases of the male or female, muscle-wasting disease, osteoporosis, and the like. 본 발명은 신규 화합물, 상기 화합물을 함유하는 약학 조성물, 및 상기 화합물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 피리딘계 화합물은 안드로겐 수용체에 작용하여 안드로겐 수용체의 활성을 증가시켜 안드로겐 활성 증가로 인해 증상이 개선되거나 치료에 반응할 수 있는 질환 또는 상태, 예컨대 남성 및 여성에 있어서의 다양한 호르몬 관련 질환, 근 소모성 장애, 골다공증 등의 치료 및/또는 예방제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
