DEVICE REQUESTING REPAIR AND METHOD OF THE SAME

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a repair requesting device is capable of connecting an engineer terminal with customer terminal in order to repair the inside of a building. The device includes a database storing customer information, engineer information, and building inside information including a position of a building, an inner part drawing, inner components, materials of the inner components, and positions of the components; an interface connecting the repair requesting device with the customer terminal and the engineer terminal in order to transceive data; an authenticating part authenticating an engineer or customer accessing the repair requesting device; a data matching part selecting an engineer, which is able to repair of the inside of the building, based on the engineer information, stored in the database, and repair request information, including a flaw type and a repair part, inputted by the customer terminal; and a payment part progressing with charging and payment through the repair request information. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 건물 내부의 수선을 위해 고객 단말과 엔지니어 단말을 연결시키는 수선의뢰장치는 고객 정보, 엔지니어 정보 및 건물의 위치, 내부도면, 내부구성품목, 내부구성품목재료 및 내부구성품목위치를 포함하는 건물 내부 정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스, 데이터 송수신을 위해 수선의뢰 장치를 고객 단말 및 엔지니어 단말과 연결시키는 인터페이스, 수선의뢰 장치에 접속하는 고객 또는 엔지니어의 인증을 수행하는 인증부, 고객 단말로부터 입력되는 수선이 필요한 내부구성품목인 수선품목 및 하자유형을 포함하는 수선의뢰정보와 데이터베이스에 저장된 엔지니어 정보를 기초로 건물 내부의 수선이 가능한 엔지니어를 선별하는 데이터 매칭부 및 수선의뢰정보를 통해 과금 및 결제를 진행하는 결제부를 포함한다.
