Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a resin composition with elongation having toughness higher than 2.5%, which comprises: at least one species of a resin selected from polycarbonate, acrylonitryl-butadiene-styrene, and styrene-acrylonitryl; 0.5-5 parts by weight of nanoclay with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin; and at least one species of 1-30 parts by weight of a material selected from talc and needle-like whisker with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin. According to the present invention, the high-strength resin composition with improved elongation is capable of molding at a high speed (such as high-speed steam injection molding), which is appropriate for application as a thin film molding product due to an even and smooth surface, and with high elongation and excellent flame retardancy.
본 발명은, 폴리카보네이트, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 및 스티렌 아크릴로니트릴 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 수지와, 상기 수지 100중량부에 대하여 나노클레이 0.5∼5중량부와, 상기 수지 100중량부에 대하여 탈크 및 침상형의 휘스커 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질 1∼30중량부를 포함하며, 연신율이 2.5% 보다 높은 인성(toughness)을 갖는 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 연신율이 개선된 고강성 수지 조성물에 의하면, 고속 성형(예컨대, 고속 스팀 사출 성형)이 가능하며, 표면이 균일하고 매끄러워 박막 성형품으로의 적용이 적합하며, 연신율이 높고, 난연성이 우수하다. |
