Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin whitening, which is safe to skin and effective in whitening skin by using a fermented extract of Horse placenta and medical herb ingredients with reduced unique smell of Horse placenta and toxicity. The composition comprises 0.01-15 wt% active ingredients of a fermented extract of Horse placenta, a Dendropanax trifidus extract, a citron extract, a quince extract, a Juniperus chinensis extract, and a Lonicera maackii extract, with respect to the total weight of the cosmetic composition. 본 발명은 마태반 특유의 냄새 및 및 독성이 감소된 마태반(Horse placenta) 발효물과 생약성분을 이용하여 피부에 매우 안전하고, 미백효과가 우수한 피부미백 화장료 조성물로서, 마태반 발효물, 황칠나무추출물, 유자추출물, 모과추출물, 향나무추출물 및 괴불나무추출물을 함유하는 활성성분이 화장료 조성물 총중량에 대하여 0.01 ~ 15중량%로 조성되는 것으로 이루어진다.
