Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a functional fruit tray for maintaining freshness. The present invention replaces the existing fruit tray which is used for simply protecting fruits. Natural mineral matters of red clay and jade powder and the biotite powder as a far-infrared radiation substance having excellent freshness maintenance and antimicrobial effect and deodorization effect and dehumidification effect are added and mixed with paper mulberry pulp which is a pulp material having excellent viscosity and bindability to make paper to freshly store the fruits for a long period of time due to the antimicrobial effect and the deodorization effect and the freshness maintenance generated by radiation of a far-infrared ray. Therefore, the present invention is capable of freshly storing the fruits from a distribution step to the storage step.
