Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing the fault of an electric motor and, more particularly, to a method for diagnosing the fault of an electric motor, capable of determining a fault state according to the size or presence of a specific frequency element by converting a current supplied to the electric motor into a complex number of an exponential type and performing the Fourier transform of the complex exponents of the complex number. 본 발명은 전동기의 고장진단 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 전동기로 공급되는 전류를 지수형 복소수로 변환하고 상기 지수형 복소수의 복소수 지수를 푸리에 변환하여 특정 주파수 성분의 존재 유무나 크기에 따라 고장여부를 판정하는 전동기의 고장진단 방법에 관한 것이다.
