Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a recycled mold product and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a recycled mold product using waste poly-urethane and a paper sludge and a manufacturing method thereof, the method comprising: a step for processing poly-urethane into powder by grinding and crushing the poly-urthane; a step for mixing the poly-urethane powder and the paper sludge; and a step for molding the mixture. According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture solid fuel having excellent caloric value and moldabilities by comprising poly-urethane and fiber having excellent caloric value and then molding by mixing the same with the paper sludge with outstanding moldabilities. 본 발명은 재생 성형물 및 이의 제조방법으로서, 폴리우레탄을 파쇄 후 분쇄하여 폴리우레탄 분말화하는 단계, 폴리우레탄 분말 및 제지슬러지를 혼합하는 단계 및 혼합물을 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐폴리우레탄과 제지슬러지를 이용한 재생 성형물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 발열량이 우수한 폴리우레탄과 섬유질을 함유하여 성형성이 우수한 제지슬러지를 혼합하여 성형함으로써, 발열량과 성형성이 우수한 고형연료를 제조할 수 있다.
