Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the degree of branching of poly phenylene sulfide and, more particularly, to a method for analyzing the degree of branching by performing NMR after a solubility for a solvent is improved by partially sulfonating the poly phenylene sulfide and the sulfonated poly phenylene sulfide is dissolved in the solvent. Until now, a production process management is impossible because the analysis of PPS is very difficult and the improvement of the process for improving quality is difficult even though the quality of PPS is reduced due to the unwanted branching in the production process. According to the present invention, the production process of PPS is checked and managed at any time by analyzing the degree of the branching of PPS with a very easy method. A method for manufacturing PPS with high quality is developed.
본 발명은 폴리파라페닐렌술파이드의 분지도 분석방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 폴리파라페닐렌술파이드를 부분술폰화하여 용매에 대한 용해도를 개선하고 이를 용매에 용해한 다음 NMR을 수행하여 분지도를 분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 지금까지는 PPS를 분석하기가 매우 어려워 생산 공정 관리가 거의 불가능하였고, 생산과정에서 원치 않는 분지형성으로 인해 PPS의 품질이 낮아지더라도 품질 향상을 위해 공정을 개선하기도 어려웠다. 본 발명에 따르면 이러한 PPS의 분지도를 매우 용이한 방법으로 분석할 수 있어 PPS 생산 공정을 수시로 점검 및 관리할 수 있으며, 보다 우수한 품질의 PPS 제조방법을 개발하는데 있어서도 매우 큰 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. |
