Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a treatment method for improving anaerobic bio-gas production efficiency of high concentration nitrogen-containing organic waste. The method comprises the following steps: (step 1) hydrothermally decomposing the organic waste, and gaining a hydrothermally decomposed product; (step 2) gaining separated liquid by compressing the hydrothermally decomposed product; (step 3) selectively removing ammoniacal nitrogen from the separated liquid using an electric absorption apparatus; and (step 4) anaerobic digestion treating the separated liquid from which the ammoniacal nitrogen is removed. By hydrothermally decomposing the organic waste, inflowing the compressed separated liquid to the electric absorption apparatus at 40 to 80°C, and effectively removing an ammoniacal nitrogen ingredient existing in the separated liquid, the method of the present invention can prevent that the ammoniacal nitrogen ingredient suppresses an activity of an anaerobic microorganism in advance, thereby increasing an anaerobic digestion rate, and increasing the production amount of the bio-gas.
본 발명은 고농도 질소함유 유기성 폐기물의 혐기성 바이오가스 생산효율 향상을 위한 처리 방법에 관한 것으로서, 유기성 폐기물을 열수분해하여 열수분해 산물을 수득하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 열수분해 산물을 압착하여 탈리액을 수득하는 단계(단계 2); 상기 탈리액을 전기흡착장치를 이용하여 암모니아성 질소를 선별 제거하는 단계(단계 3); 및 상기 암모니아성 질소가 제거된 탈리액을 혐기성소화 처리하는 단계(단계 4); 를 포함하며, 유기성 폐기물을 열수분해하고 압착한 탈리액을 40~80℃의 온도로 전기흡착장치에 유입하여 상기 탈리액 내에 존재하는 암모니아성 질소성분을 효과적으로 제거함으로 인해, 암모니아성 질소성분이 혐기성 미생물의 활동을 억제시키는 것을 사전에 예방할 수 있으므로 혐기성 소화율을 높이며 바이오가스 발생량을 증대시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. |
