Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for measuring biomolecular binding forces using lateral dielectrophoretic technique and, more particularly, to a method for reliably measuring chemical binding forces with a small number of repetitive experiments and a simple analysis method by measuring a dielectrophoretic force with the chemical binding forces between biomolecules near a point with the lateral dielectrophoretic force which is smaller than the chemical binding forces between the biomolecules when the dielectrophoretic force formed by a non-uniform electrical field is reduced by horizontally moving to an electrode center part. 본 발명은 측면유전영동기술(Lateral Dielectrophoretic Technique)을 이용하여 생체분자 간 화학결합력을 측정하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 불균일한 전기장에 의해 형성되는 유전영동력이 수평인 방향으로 전극 중앙부근으로 이동함에 따라 일정하게 감소되어지는데 이때 생체분자 간에 존재하는 화학 결합력 보다 측면 유전영동력이 작아지는 지점 부근에서 비즈(beads)는 정지한다고 할 수 있기 때문에 비즈가 정지한 지점에서의 유전영동력의 힘을 생체 분자 간 화학 결합력으로 측정하여 적은 반복실험 및 간단한 분석방법으로 신뢰 할 수 있는 화학 결합력을 측정할 수 방법에 관한 것이다.
