Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a low alloy steel for steel forgings which has yield strength and toughness required to steel forgings and has an excellent machinability. According to the present invention, the low alloy steel for steel forgings contains fundamental components such as C: 0.30wt% to 0.40wt%, Si: 0wt% to 0.45wt%, Mn: 0.50wt% to 1.90wt%, Ni: 0.70wt% to 2.00wt%, Cr: 1.00wt% to 2.30wt%, Mo: 0wt% to 0.35wt%, V: 0wt% to 0.20wt% and a remaining part of Fe and inevitable impurities, contains more than 17% of bainite microstructures, martensitic microstructures and microstructures of their combination, the remaining part is composed of pearlite microstructures, ferrite microstructures or microstructures of their combination, and satisfies the following equation (1).(1.5×Mn+2×Ni)/Cr < 2.35 ···(1)
대형 단강품에 요구되는 항복 강도 및 인성을 갖고, 또한 피삭성이 우수한 단강품용 저합금강을 제공한다. 본 발명의 단강품용 저합금강은, C: 0.30질량% 이상 0.40질량% 이하, Si: 0질량% 초과 0.45질량% 이하, Mn: 0.50질량% 이상 1.90질량% 이하, Ni: 0.70질량% 이상 2.00질량% 이하, Cr: 1.00질량% 이상 2.30질량% 이하, Mo: 0질량% 초과 0.35질량% 이하, V: 0질량% 초과 0.20질량% 이하의 기본 성분을 포함하며, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물인 조성을 갖고, 베이나이트 조직, 마텐자이트 조직 또는 그들의 조합 조직을 17% 이상 함유하며, 잔부가 펄라이트 조직, 페라이트 조직 또는 그들의 조합 조직이고, 하기 식(1)을 만족시킨다.
