Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a risk information notification system through a portable device. The system of the present invention comprises: a terminal in which an emergency call service menu is installed, and a portable device for transmitting a signal so that the emergency call service menu of the terminal can be operated. Therefore, the risk information notification system enables a user to remotely operate the emergency call service menu, installed in the terminal device, by not directly operating the terminal device, thus the user can quickly and properly deal with the current situation that the user faces.
