Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a giveaway providing and advertising system linked with credit card payment and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: when a user who has checked a push message transmitted after credit card payment on the screen of a user terminal inputs a giveaway confirmation request, having a giveaway winning probability calculating unit analyze credit card use history of the user and calculate a winning probability according to the obtained credit card use form; having a giveaway winning processing unit determine if the user has won the giveaway based on the calculated winning probability; and having a giveaway winning result providing unit provide the giveaway winning result to the user terminal to allow the giveaway winning result to be displayed on the screen of the user terminal through a mobile application connected to the push message.
