Zusammenfassung:	According to the present invention, an outdoor unit for an air conditioner comprises: a printed circuit board wherein a heating element is installed; an electrical component box wherein the printed circuit board is installed, and an opening is formed; a refrigerant tube which refrigerant passes through; a heat radiation plate connected to the refrigerant tube; and an elastic apparatus elastically supporting the heat radiation plate in a direction wherein the heat radiation plate is in contact with the heating element. Thus, productivity is improved as it is not necessary to couple the heat radiation plate and the heating element with a coupling member such as a screw or the like. Moreover, service operation of the electrical component box is convenient.
