Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a dental phosphate-bonded investment material. The present invention includes: silica increasing strength and expansion at high temperature; fine silica powder reducing thermal expansion; phosphate enabling raw materials to be mixed; mica, alumina and fumed silica increasing viscosity and playing a role of an anti-caking agent; and magnesium oxide (MgO) increasing heating temperature and compression strength during a curing operation. The present invention is chemically bonded in a short time at room temperatures by an acid-base reaction of MgO (base part) and NHHPO (phosphoric acid : acid part); accordingly reduces reaction time and increases reaction heat; and forms definite cast products because of having regular strength during a casting operation, being well mixed and having excellent reproducibility of fine portions. |
