Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a cable laying device. A cable laying device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a gripper which is connected to a cable, binds the cable when the gripper moves to the transfer direction of the cable, and releases the cable when it moves to the opposite direction thereof; a guide device which guides the movement of the gripper; and a bar-type pulling member having a connection part which has one end rotatably connected to the gripper, a handle part which is prepared on the opposite side of the connection part, and a support part which is prepared between the connection part and the handle part and is rotatably supported by a cable tray.
