DEIONIZED WATER SUPPLY APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a deionized (hereinafter referred to as DI) water supply apparatus for which volume is reduced and portability is strengthened to be fit for business places and laboratories requiring a small amount of pure water (DI water) unlike large-sized business places. The DI water supply apparatus comprises: a case (100) having a space inside and a control box (120) on one side surface; a plurality of wheels (200) attached to a lower surface of a bottom plate (110) of the case (100); and a DI water supply means including a filter (31) for eliminating foreign materials of Process Cooling Water (PCW), a resin tank (32) for improving a resistivity value of PCW by passing through a chemical filter, a DI water storage tank (33) for storing purified PCW which has been purified through DI water, and a circulation pump (34) for maintaining absorption and discharge flows of DI water wherein a DI water supply means is installed in the case (100).
