Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a method for detecting a breathing resonance frequency and an apparatus using the same. The method for detecting a resonance frequency includes the following steps: producing multiple visual stimulation having different breathing conditions for a user; obtaining an electrocardiogram (ECG) signal responding to the multiple visual stimulation; extracting heart rate variability (HRV) data having multiple peak power in a predetermined frequency band from the ECG signal; and selecting a frequency representing the highest peak power as a resonance frequency for optimum breathing of an object from the HRV data.
