CONNECTING EQUIPMENT OF THE WATER TURBINE POWER BETWEEN THE GENERATOR AND THE WATER PUMP IN THE WATER POWER GENERATING PLANT

The present invention relates to a power connecting device of a water turbine generator functioning as a water pump which can select electricity generation or water pumping under the generator. The power connecting device is exposed above the surface of the water. A double-sided disk pack is connected to an electricity generating disk pack when the electricity generating disk pack, a water pump disk pack, or the double-sided disk pack is elevated by an electromagnet to automatize conversion between electricity generation or water pumping according to the amount of generated electricity, wherein the electricity generating disk pack, the water pump disk pack, and the double-sided disk pack are installed between a generator shaft and a water turbine shaft. Remaining power generation is suppressed by transferring wind turbine power to a water pump in case of water pumping, wherein the wind turbine power is accelerated by connection between the double-sided disk pack and the water pump disk pack. Therefore, energy conservation efficiency is increased in tidal power generation or wave power generation to remove fluctuating of an electricity generation amount or stop of electricity generation. The power connecting device is exposed above the surface of the water to facilitate check and maintenance.
