MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CUSTOMIZED HAND-MADE SOAP USING SOAP CHIP CONTAINING HERB EXTRACTS AND NATURAL DYES

The present invention relates to a method for producing a customized hand-made soap using a soap chip having an herb extract or a natural dye added therein. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: (a) producing each of soap chips sequentially by adding herb extracts or natural dyes in a general soap base, hardening a saponified soap, and slicing the same; (b) drying each of the soap chips to have a water content of 5 to 30% and pulverizing the same by using a crusher; and (c) adjusting and mixing each of the soap chips at 1 to 80 wt%, pouring and cooling the same in a mold frame, and producing a lattice-shaped soap. The customized hand-made soap can be produced to be suitable to each skin type of users according to a ratio of soap chips having herb extracts added therein, and the soap can have various colors by mixing the soap chips having natural dyes added therein at a desired ratio according to flavors of users.
