Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a jig for attaching a micro component with elasticity and a method for attaching the micro component using the same. In the jig for attaching the micro component with the elasticity according to one aspect of the present invention, the upper side of the jig is flat. A receiving groove corresponding to the cross sectional shape of the micro component is formed to receive at least one micro component through the upper side of the jig. An elastic body supporting the rear side of the micro component is formed on the bottom of the receiving groove. The depth of the receiving groove is equal to or larger than the height of the micro component. When the length of the elastic body is restored, the upper end of the micro component which the elastic body supports protrudes upward in comparison with the upper side of the jig.
