Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an attachment type elastomeric stamp improving optical efficiency of thin film solar cells through an optical Talbot effect, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention relates to an attachment type elastomeric stamp which includes a base part, and protruding parts having the same size and shape, located at the lower end of the base part, and periodically arranged. The period of the protruding parts is the same as or larger than the wavelength of an incident beam. The volume of the protruding parts is the same as the space volume of a non-protruding part. The beam is self-focused by using a Talbot effect. The attachment type elastomeric stamp according to the present invention captures a beam by a Talbot effect, improves photoelectric conversion efficiency, and is detachable from the surface of a thin film solar cell.
