Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an apparatus for testing an optical property and an aging property of an optical device in real time and, more particularly, to an apparatus for testing an optical property and an aging property of an optical device in real time, capable of continuously measuring the optical properties and the aging properties of a plurality of optical devices through a series of automated processes. The apparatus (10) for testing the property of the optical device includes a magazine (113) on which a plurality of measurement slots (113a) are formed, a device tray (TB) which is combined with and separated from each measurement slot (113a) and on which the optical device which is a test target is arranged, a robot arm (12) which transfers the device tray (TB) to the measurement slot (113a), an optical measurement unit (13) which is installed on the transfer path of the device tray (TB), and a control unit (15).
