Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The present invention is to provide a biodegradable Mg-implant material having nanostructure by a severe plastic different speed rolling method, which has a Mg-Ca-Zn alloy for implant having properties of high strength and high corrosion resistance, through a uniform dispersion of precipitates by two-stage heat treatment on the basis of magnesium nano-sized tissue control through severe plastic deformation. The present invention is configured to maximize dispersion in a second phase and refinement through processes of: minimizing harm caused by degradation of the alloy in body by adding elements such as Zn, Ca into Mg; manufacturing a consumable Mg implant in a form of sheet of which nano-tissue is controlled by a large specific different speed rolling to maximize strength of the material and a corrosion property while effectively producing a solid solution from precipitates by using a two-stage solution treatment and aging technique; and finally aging the same preventing re-melting of a low melting point metal by a single solution treatment.
