APPARATUS AND METHOD OF PROVIDING OF POSITION OF MOBILE TERMINAL IN BUILDING

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for providing a location of a mobile terminal in a building. The apparatus provides a location of a mobile terminal in a building and includes: an electromagnetic wave field emission unit which continuously emits an electromagnetic field including section identification information; a mobile communication terminal identification information collection unit which collects mobile communication terminal identification information from a mobile communication terminal entering into a coverage region of the emitted electromagnetic wave field; and a location providing unit which provides a location of the mobile communication terminal by transmitting the collected mobile communication terminal identification information and the region identification information to a location server. The location server can detect a location of the mobile communication terminal by receiving the transmitted mobile communication terminal identification information and the transmitted region identification information.
