Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an improved method for preparing oseltamivir phosphate represented by chemical formula 1. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for preparing oseltamivir phosphate with high purity represented by chemical formula 1, wherein 5-azido oseltamivir represented by chemical formula 3 is reduced into Lewis acid metal chloride represented by chemical formula 4 to synthesize oseltamivir represented by chemical formula 2, and then oseltamivir represented by chemical formula 2 is converted into phosphate to prepare oseltamivir phosphate. In reaction formula above, x is 0 or 2.
