Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a high speed data interface apparatus and a skew correcting method thereof. A high speed data transmitting apparatus according to the present invention includes: a transmission clock generating unit which generates a clock signal and transmits the clock signal through a clock channel; and at least one transmission channel unit which generates a deskew synchronization code and test data and transmits the deskew synchronization code and then the test data through the data channel in a deskew mode, and transmits a normal synchronization code and then normal data through the data channel in a normal mode. The normal synchronization code and the deskew synchronization code have different patterns.
