VALIDITY VERIFICATION APPARATUS OF PRODUCT INSPECTION AND METHOD THEREOF

Provided are an apparatus and a method for verifying the validity of product inspection. In an apparatus for verifying the validity of defect inspection of products transported by a conveyor according to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for verifying the validity of product inspection comprises: multiple image processing modules which respectively detect defect data based on images photographed by each camera installed on the conveyor and respectively determine the existence of defects in the products in accordance with each defect data to generate resulting values of individual inspections; a central processing module which adds up the resulting values of each individual inspection to generate the resulting values of final inspection of the products, and adds up each defect data to generate overall defect data; and a validity verifying module which displays the overall defect data in an image and verifies the validity of resulting values of the final inspection.
