The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing a railroad failure processing video. The system for providing a railroad failure processing video includes: a site video collection unit which collects site video with respect to a process of handling failure at site from a site terminal and a user terminal, which manages a railroad, when railroad failure occurs; an human machine interface (HMI) video collection unit which collects HMI video with respect to a process of handling HMI failure from a HMI device; an integrated video generation unit which generates an integrated video by combining the collected site video and the collected HMI video based on a time point when the railroad failure occurs and a time point when the railroad failure ends; and an edited video production unit which produces an edited video by editing the integrated video which has been generated.
