Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polymer woven-fabric surface having selective oleophilic or hydrophobic characteristics, and a filter for oil-oil separation and oil-water separation manufactured by using the surface. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a selective oleophobic or hydrophobic surface comprises the steps of: forming a nanometer-sized pore by dry-etching the polymer woven-fabric surface on which a micro pore is formed; and forming a selective oleophobic or hydrophobic thin film on the nanometer-sized pore. The oleophobic/hydrophobic characteristics can be controlled according to the size of the pore or a material or the thickness of the thin film. In addition, the polymer surface having a complex pore as described above can be used in various fields, such as in an oil filter for a vehicle, an operation of processing plant waste oil, an operation of handling a marine oil spill accident, an operation of pre-processing crude oil refinement and the like, which require selective separation of a liquid mixture, especially for an oil-oil mixture and a water-oil mixture.
