CONCRETE OVERLAY METHODE USING FOAM SHOTCRETE AFTER CUTTING OUT ASPHALT PAVEMENT

The present invention relates to a concrete overlay method using foam shotcrete after cutting out asphalt pavement. After an overlaying region is formed by cutting the damaged part of asphalt pavement with a depth of 130~200mm, and performing surface treatment, rapid hardening mixture concrete and rapid high-performance hardening mixture concrete are sorted and cured on the overlaying region of asphalt pavement. The rapid hardening mixture concrete is formed by mixing air bobbles of 20~40% to volume is put into the general concrete of compression strength, 21~30MPa to increase fluidity with a mixture material for crude steel. The rapid high-performance hardening mixture concrete is formed by mixing a durability mixture material and a mixture material for crude steel with the general concrete including air bubbles.
