GRIPPER FOR EXCAVATOR

The present invention relates to a gripper device for an excavator, which allows a gripper picking up or picking up and carrying a work target object to be easily assembled with and separated from a boom stand of the excavator. According to a conventional gripper device for an excavator, when a gripper is coupled, in case a distance between the gripper and a guide member is not proper, work cannot be performed because the gripper cannot be coupled, or the guide member should be cut out of a boom stand to be separated and is again fixated in accordance with a proper dimension to allow the gripper to be coupled. Therefore, it takes much time to perform the work, and high costs are caused. To solve this problem, according to the present invention, the gripper device for an excavator comprises: a fixed griper having an upper end coupled with a guide member fixated to the boom stand of the excavator; and a rotating gripper rotatably coupled to the opposite side of the fixed gripper and coupled with a cylinder and a rod included in the boom stand. A connection member (50) is included in the upper side of the fixed gripper (20). The connection member (50) has a lower part rotatably coupled by a rotating pin (53) and the upper part has a support pin (54) inserted into an insertion groove (5a) of the guide member (5) fixated to the boom stand (1). The gripper device for an excavator has a simple structure such that the gripper device can be widely used without being restricted by excavators made by different manufacturers and with different specifications. Therefore, the gripper can be easily coupled and separated, and the time required for coupling the gripper and costs can be reduced.
