REBOILING DEVICE AND REGENERATION TOWER

The present invention relates to a reboiling device which boils the absorption liquid containing gas subject to regeneration and separates the gas and a regeneration tower equipped with the same. The regeneration tower according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first housing formed with an internal space; a rich liquid supplier located in the top of the first housing, that supplies the rich liquid to the inside of the first housing; a rectifier installed below the rich liquid supplier inside the first housing, that rectifies a flow of the rich liquid supplied to the bottom of the first housing; a reboiler installed below the rectifier inside the first housing, that boils the rich liquid to separate regeneration gas from the rich liquid; a second housing formed as a rich liquid tank; a separator placed inside the first housing between the reboiler and the rectifier, which guides the regeneration gas generated from the reboiler to another path inside the reboiler than the supply path of the rich liquid; and a third housing formed as a rich liquid tank that receives the rich liquid where the regeneration gas is removed from the reboiler. The reboiler can receive the rich liquid only from the rich liquid tank discussed above. 본 발명은 재생 대상인 가스를 함유하는 흡수액을 끓여 상기 가스를 분리하는 리보일링 장치 및 이를 구비한 재생탑에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 재생탑은 내부에 공간이 형성된 제1하우징; 상기 제1하우징의 상부에 위치하며, 리치 흡수액을 제1하우징의 내부로 공급하는 리치 흡수액 공급기; 상기 제1하우징의 내부에서 상기 리치 흡수액 공급부 아래에 위치하며, 제1하우징의 하부로 공급되는 리치 흡수액의 흐름을 정류하는 정류기; 상기 제1하우징의 내부에서 상기 정류기 아래에 위치하며, 리치 흡수액을 끓여 재생 가스를 리치 흡수액으로부터 분리시키는 리보일러; 리치 흡수액 탱크로서 형성되는 제2하우징; 상기 정류기로부터 공급되는 리치 흡수액이 상기 리치 흡수액 탱크로 공급되도록 하며, 상기 리보일러에서 발생한 재생 가스를 상기 리보일러로의 리치 흡수액의 공급 경로와 다른 경로로 상기 제1하우징의 내부로 우회시키며, 상기 리보일러와 상기 정류기 사이의 제1하우징 내부에 배치되는 세퍼레이터; 그리고 상기 리보일러에서 재생 가스가 분리된 린 흡수액을 받는 린 흡수액 탱크로서 형성되는 제3하우징;을 포함하며, 상기 리보일러는 상기 리치 흡수액 탱크를 통해서만 리치 흡수액을 공급받을 수 있다.
