Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a recombination vector characterized by promoter that is induced in the condition without ammonium or with nitrate and that can include protein coding DNA called GAPDH(glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase) below the promoter, transformed microalgae manufacturing method with increased biomass and lipid productivity by performing transformation of microalgae cells by using the recombination vector, composition to increase biomass and lipid productivity of microalgae containing the transformed microalgae manufactured by the method and the recombination vector as active ingredients and a method for producing lipid by using the transformed microalgae and a method for manufacturing biodiesel by using the transformed microalgae.
